Robert Heyden Reynolds

Robert H. Reynolds, known affectionately by all as “Mr. Bob”, passed away on April 10, 2026, in Fort Gibson, Mississippi, at the age of 86, leaving behind a life marked by devotion, hard work, and love for those around him. Born on March 8, 1940, in Aruba, North West Indies, Bob carried with him throughout his life the strength, resilience, and quiet determination that would come to define him. He was a man who believed in doing things the right way, and he brought that same steady spirit to every part of his life. Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 64 years, MaryLee Guillory Reynolds. He is survived by his sister, Kay Reynolds Robinson; his brother, Lloyd Reynolds; his son, Frank Reynolds; his daughter, Debbie Reynolds; and his grandchildren, Cody Reynolds, Elina Johnson, and Colson Johnson. Bob was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, a chapter of his life that reflected his sense of duty and commitment to something greater than himself. After his military service, he built a respected career as the owner of Bob’s Plumbing Inc. of Harahan, Louisiana which has proudly been in business for over 60 years. Through his work, he earned a reputation for reliability, skill, and integrity. Plumbing was more than a profession to Bob, it was a craft he understood deeply and practiced with pride. Bob found joy in the simple and meaningful pleasures of life. He loved fishing and hunting at the camp where he could enjoy the outdoors, wildlife, and the peace that came with time spent in nature. Mr. Bob requested to have a memorial service for both him and his wife at the time of his passing. To honor his wishes, the family has decided to hold the memorial service for both Bob and MaryLee together on Saturday, April 18, 2026. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Services for Robert & MaryLee Reynolds at L.A. Muhleisen & Son Funeral Home, 2607 Williams Blvd., Kenner, LA 70062 on Saturday, April 18, 2026. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. followed by the Memorial Service starting at 5:00 p.m. A private burial will take place on a later date at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Metairie, LA.
