Rodney William Warren

August 14, 1967 - February 18, 2022

On Friday, February 18th, 2022, Rodney William Warren (affectionately know as "Big Rod") passed away after a long battle for his health. The 54 year old New Orleans native was a man of many moves. Wednesday evenings you could find him at the comic book shop waiting for new releases or at the front of the line if there was a new Star Wars or Marvel movie coming out, but more often than not he was at home spending time with his family. For 30 plus years Rod shared his life with his loving wife Suzette and when their two kids Maddox & Kelsey finally arrived they knew their lives were complete. You'd swear making Honor Roll was equivalent to winning a Pulitzer based on the extreme pride he had for his children's accomplishments. Never ones to disappoint, Maddox and Kelsey will continue to thrive in the loving memory of their dad. In addition to his wife & kids he will be missed by his brother Lee and his four sisters Michelle, Natalie, Sherrie & Janette. Gone too soon are his parents Paul Warren and Judy Geske along with his younger sister Sandra. He will forever be present in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of L. A. Muhleisen and Son Funeral Home, 2607 Williams Blvd., Kenner on Friday, February 25, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. Visitation from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
