Mandy Kaye London Toeur Sun Rise: 9-30-1956 Sun Set: 6-20-2022 Mandy Kaye London was born on September 30th, 1957 in Mansfield, LA to Sonny Lee London and Isabel Bullard. Mandy and her family would later move to Kenner, LA in July of 1966 and she would live the remainder of her life throughout the Kenner and Metairie metropolitan area. In 1979 she would meet her future husband Sok Toeur who would later retire her from her multipreneurship career path and remain at her side as a wonderful husband, father, best friend, and provider to this very day and to the end of times. She was the mother of two sons, Melventalos London (future daughter-in-law Leslie Morris London) and Marlon London. Grandmother of Manyanna and Mahalia London, Jordyn Robeau, Lindsey Hogan. Great grandmother of Sahmir and Dahmir London. Daughter of the late Isabel Bullard and Sonny Lee London. Sister of Kendell W. London, Sonny Ray London, Donald Ray Bullard, Mary Lee Lee and the late Patricia Ann Allen, Lilly Faye Taylor, and Tom Bullard. Also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mandy was a very loving, caring and giving person and loved all of her family members with all of her heart, and even upon her expiration date she was still talking, thinking, and deeply concerned about her family members. Mrs. Mandy loved the finer things in life, architectural design, interior decorating, the inner workings of luxury automobile’s, and high end fashion design, and if she had chosen to seek a career path into any of the above fields she would have been one of the best. She was a light to many and a person that would lend and ear to anyone in need for as long as they needed it. She gave sound advice and all of the knowledge and wisdom she possessed, and also financial help, if that was needed. The world has truly lost an angel and genuinely sincere person that really cared about the people of this world. Mrs. Mandy was a lover of the Lord, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Bible and taught and shared the Scriptures with many people throughout her lifetime. She was also an avid reader of many genres of books and a seeker of knowledge on all subject categories concerning the world we live in, as well as, an unpublished author herself. But most of all, she was a person who showed genuine love to all that crossed her path; unconditionally. A light has gone out in the world today, but an angel has gained her wings, she will be truly missed, but never forgotten. We love you Mom, Wife, Sister, Aunt, Grandmother, and Friend.
