Allen Ray Wolff
November 25, 1965 - October 26, 2020
Allen Ray Wolff, 54, was called home to be with the Lord on October 26, 2020. He passed away suddenly in his home due to a heart attack. Allen was born in New Orleans on November 25, 1965, and lived in Metairie most of his life. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Oscar and Adele Wolff and is survived by his beloved son, Christian Wolff; brothers Louis (Kay), Joseph (late Wanda), Guy (Mary), and Omer (Gaynelle); long-time friend, Carolyn Lee; and a host of nieces and nephews. Allen was a diehard Saints fan (“Who Dat,” as he would say). He was a hardworking salesman around the metropolitan New Orleans area, last employed at Bayou Ford. He was always well-dressed, very romantic, and loved to travel. Allen loved fine dining. He had a heart of gold, was a giver of many gifts, and showed much love to the ones dearest to his heart. Allen loved animals, but the love he had for his only son, Christian, was unmatched: “That’s my boy there,” he would say. When Christian was young, Allen would bring him to work with him. Allen is definitely going to be missed. Family and friends are invited to join the graveside service to be held at Greenwood Cemetery at 121 City Park Avenue in New Orleans on Friday, November 6, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. to be followed by a reception in Metairie.
